集中供氣系統的組成一般包括氣源系統、切換系統、管道系統、調壓系統、泄漏報警及緊急切斷系統。
The composition of a centralized gas supply system generally includes a gas source system, a switching system, a pipeline system, a pressure regulating system, a leakage alarm and emergency shutdown system.
1.氣源系統房屋結構:氣瓶間具備防爆面和泄爆面,且泄爆比例大于22%,氣瓶間不吊頂,內部屋頂為平頂;位置:氣瓶間單獨建設,遠離辦公場區,應該在地上一層合理位置,不設在地下室;形式:氣瓶間泄爆面為空曠無人的場地,或朝天泄爆,氣瓶間不得外小內大;種類:易燃氣瓶與助燃氣瓶分別放置,兩者中間為防爆墻體隔斷,氧化性和腐蝕性氣體不放在一起,毒氣或腐蝕性氣體采用自動氣柜;配置:氣瓶間有通風、電源插座、照明等電器,且滿足防爆要求。鋼瓶有接地并防滑固定,氣瓶間采用電化學或紅外式的精密探頭測試泄漏;空瓶和實瓶分開儲存,距離不少于2m,且懸掛空瓶/滿瓶標識。
1. Structure of the gas source system building: The gas cylinder room has explosion-proof and explosion-proof surfaces, and the explosion-proof ratio is greater than 22%. The gas cylinder room does not have a suspended ceiling, and the internal roof is flat; Location: The gas cylinder room should be built separately, away from the office area, and should be located in a reasonable position on the ground floor, not in the basement; Form: The venting surface between gas cylinders shall be an open and uninhabited area, or vented upwards. The gas cylinder room shall not be small on the outside and large on the inside; Type: Flammable gas cylinders and combustion assisting gas cylinders are placed separately, with explosion-proof walls separating them. Oxidative and corrosive gases are not placed together, while toxic or corrosive gases are stored in automatic gas cabinets; Configuration: The gas cylinder room is equipped with ventilation, power sockets, lighting and other electrical appliances, and meets explosion-proof requirements. The steel cylinder is grounded and non slip fixed, and precise electrochemical or infrared probes are used to test leaks between the cylinders; Empty and full bottles should be stored separately, with a distance of no less than 2 meters, and hung with empty/full bottle labels.
2.自動切換系統切換系統主要作用是保證后端氣路的持續氣體供給,當在用氣源使用殆盡時,自動切換到備用氣源,真正達到更換氣體鋼瓶時不會影響到后續的所有分析測試,同時保持高純氣體輸送系統內的純度,壓力和流量恒定,起到氣體不間斷的作用;
2. Automatic switching system The main function of the switching system is to ensure continuous gas supply to the backend gas path. When the in use gas source is exhausted, it automatically switches to the backup gas source, ensuring that replacing the gas cylinder will not affect all subsequent analysis and testing. At the same time, it maintains the purity, pressure, and flow rate of the high-purity gas delivery system, playing a role in uninterrupted gas supply;
與報警系統連接,可以監視氣瓶使用狀況,當壓力下降到設定壓力值時,將發出報警信號,提示工作人員更換氣瓶,從而不耽誤化工的工作進度。
Connected to the alarm system, it can monitor the usage status of gas cylinders. When the pressure drops to the set pressure value, an alarm signal will be issued to prompt the staff to replace the gas cylinder, so as not to delay the progress of chemical work.
3.管道系統主要由不同規格的304或316不銹鋼材質制成的管線和配件組成,根據輸送的氣體種類和使用要求,再選擇相應的材質,常見的不銹鋼管根據表面拋光工藝的不同可分為EP電解拋光不銹鋼管、BA化學拋光不銹鋼管2種。
3. The pipeline system is mainly composed of pipelines and fittings made of 304 or 316 stainless steel materials of different specifications. According to the type of gas being transported and the requirements of use, the corresponding materials are selected. Common stainless steel pipes can be divided into EP electrolytic polished stainless steel pipes and BA chemical polished stainless steel pipes according to different surface polishing processes.
4.調壓系統主要由各種閥門組成,實現介質的開啟關閉與調節作用。根據化工儀器配置和氣體使用要求,在樓層、房間、實驗臺、儀器使用終端配置相應的氣體減壓閥和截止閥,以滿足各種儀器設備對使用氣體的不同需求。常見的閥門有:減壓門、球閥、針閥、單向閥等。
4. The pressure regulating system is mainly composed of various valves to achieve the opening, closing, and regulating functions of the medium. According to the configuration of chemical instruments and gas usage requirements, corresponding gas pressure reducing valves and shut-off valves are installed on floors, rooms, experimental benches, and instrument usage terminals to meet the different gas needs of various instruments and equipment. Common valves include pressure reducing valves, ball valves, needle valves, check valves, etc.
5.泄漏報警和緊急切斷系統泄漏報警:主要是針對易燃易爆和有毒氣體。當危險氣體發生泄漏時,偵測器會發生聲光報警并且輸出一組開關量報警信號給PLC系統,PLC系統通過處理輸出幾組相對應開關量報警信號,一組預留可給VAV控制器的風機控制模塊或消防接口等,另外一組給緊急切斷閥切斷泄漏氣體的供氣;
5. Leakage alarm and emergency shutdown system leakage alarm: mainly targeting flammable, explosive, and toxic gases. When a dangerous gas leaks, the detector will sound and light an alarm and output a set of switch alarm signals to the PLC system. The PLC system processes and outputs several sets of corresponding switch alarm signals. One set is reserved for the fan control module or fire interface of the VAV controller, and the other set is used to cut off the gas supply of the leaked gas to the emergency cut-off valve;
緊急切斷:當氣體泄漏時,偵測器會聲光報警同時會輸出一組開關量的報警信號給PLC系統,PLC系統通過處理同時輸出一組相對應開關量報警信號給電磁閥,使電磁閥斷電從而使氣動閥閉合,達到切斷氣源的目的,以保證供氣的安全。
Emergency shutdown: When gas leaks, the detector will sound and light an alarm and output a set of switch alarm signals to the PLC system. The PLC system will process and output a corresponding switch alarm signal to the solenoid valve, causing the solenoid valve to power off and the pneumatic valve to close, achieving the purpose of cutting off the gas source and ensuring the safety of gas supply.
氣瓶室其他要求
Other requirements for gas cylinder room
1、氣瓶室應保持陰涼、干燥、嚴禁明火、遠離熱源;2、氣瓶室應有每小時不小于3次換氣的通風措施;3、氣瓶室宜建在實驗樓旁側,應配備防爆燈、防爆開關和防氣體滲漏報警裝置,墻壁需專門設計、施工,具有一定防爆級別;4、對于一些易燃易爆的氣體,如氫氣、乙炔等,在設計之初和施工過程中會和其他惰性氣體不同,應加入氣體回火防止器等安全裝置。
1. The gas cylinder room should be kept cool, dry, strictly prohibited from open flames, and away from heat sources; 2. The gas cylinder room should have ventilation measures with no less than 3 air changes per hour; 3. The gas cylinder room should be built next to the laboratory building and equipped with explosion-proof lights, explosion-proof switches, and gas leakage alarm devices. The walls should be specially designed and constructed with a certain explosion-proof level; 4. For some flammable and explosive gases, such as hydrogen, acetylene, etc., they may be different from other inert gases during the design and construction process, and safety devices such as gas flashback arresters should be added.
